An invitation to join us and Chef Cynthia, for a tasting of Urbano Cellars wines paired with an assortment of cheeses.Cynthia brings a wealth of food and wine knowledge with her wherever she goes (along with some delectable samplings of some cheese and condiments). Chef Cynthia, a turophile, has taught a couple cheese making classes here at the winery. This time, we thought it would be fun to just drink wine and eat cheese, instead of going through the actual process of making the cheese.
